The first and foremost step is to clear the Foreign Medical Graduate Exam (FMGE) which is conducted by Medical Council of India. This exam is conducted through the National Board of Examination (NBE). This exam has to be cleared in a single day. There are two parts of the exam with 150 multiple choice questions each. The time limit for each paper is 150 minutes.
